The FIA gives a shit on human rights, and so does the FIFA. Qatar isn't the happiest place in the world and to hot for soccer (in summer al least), but Sepp Blatter sold the World Cup 2022 there anyway. But maybe the Arabic spring is faster and the whole thing gets chancelled. No bribe back and no business, that would be the end of soccer as we know it. No big loss.
